Returns & EXCHANGES Policy
At Chicago Joes we offer a return on these terms:
ONLINE PURCHASES
Please note that Chicago Joes has a strict 7 day returns policy. Items must:
- Still have the original tags attached and packaging intact.
- Be in a new, unworn, saleable condition, determined by us upon inspection
- Proof of purchase must be made by way of receipt or order number
Please note: This policy excludes all jewellery and eyewear. These are not eligible to be returned for hygiene reasons.
Please do not remove the swing tags or labelling from the item until you are 100% sure you want to keep it. After removing these it is no longer eligible to be returned.
If your purchase item is just not right or doesn’t fit properly we are happy to provide a refund, exchange or store credit. Excludes all discounted and reduced or sale items.

SALE & DISCOUNT PROMOTIONS
Items purchased at a discounted price, either via discount code, or a price mark down, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note:
Shipping is at your cost so we recommend that you use a courier service as we are not responsible for items that are not received.
All credits or exchanges will be processed upon receiving your items. Where returns are for credit we will email you with a credit code which is in the form of a gift card. This gift card can be used at the checkout of our website when you purchase a replacement item.
We reserve the right to deny any return where our item(s) have not meet our returns policy terms. If this is applicable the cost of sending back your item MUST be payable before they can be returned to you.

Warranty Returns Policy
If you have an item you have worn or the tags have been removed and in your opinion has become faulty we ask that you email info@chicagojoes.co.nz to arrange for the item to be returned and assessed.
Please note: We cannot cover a fault or damage cause by wear and tear, improper use or accident.
Once the item(s) have been received they will be assessed. If we accept the claim we will replace the faulty item with another. If we cannot replace the item we will then create you a credit for the amount of your item which is in the form of a gift card.
If we do not accept the claim we will explain our reasons and return the item back to you.
If you do not agree with our decision, we advise you review your rights under the consumer guarantees act of New Zealand. These policies are in no way intended to restrict your rights and we will uphold all of your rights under the consumers guarantees act.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All exchanges are subject to availability.

We will withhold $12.95 for the cost of our shipping of your item to you on refunded purchases if you have paid for shipping.

We will withhold a $10 restocking processing fee on all returned and cancelled items that are refunded. Store credits will not be charged a processing fee, so you’re welcome to request this instead.

Discounted and sale items are non-refundable.

Make sure products are as you received them - unworn, unmarked and in original packaging with tags. Items will be inspected upon arrival to ensure they are in sellable condition.

Products returned with tags unattached will not be accepted.

If your return does not strictly meet the above terms and conditions, and is returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it, your item will be returned to you and your return will not be processed.
